For the past 5+ years I’ve consulted with EdTech and SaaS products. I originally focused on Customer Success Enablement and later expanded into Digital Product Ownership. I now work at the intersection of customer experience, product design, and enablement. I help teams shape the user journey through tools, content, and UX design.

Lis spends her time between Martha's Vineyard and Richmond, VA
with her husband and two young daughters. She loves sunrises,
reading on the beach and trying new restaurants.
