After 10 years in the classroom at results-oriented charter schools, I pivoted to consulting with ed-tech products 5 years ago.
I started my CX journey by helping found EdLight, where we signed dozens of schools during the pandemic. In a tiny company I got to wear every hat imaginable - sales, cx, professional learning, onboarding, marketing.

Now I work with founding companies to help them systemize and grow their CX departments. This can mean anything depending on where the org is in their growth - thinking through their big-picture customer journey, coaching CSMs, collaborating on customer-facing resources, and more.
In addition to my blog, I worked to create a mobile app for on-the-go access to her content and events calendar. Over the past 5 years I used my storytelling skills and consistent efforts to grow my audience to a substantial email list with paid subscribers.

I also do freelance email and blog writing for The MV Chamber of Commerce and Steamship Authority.
